Shipping charges are generally non-refundable. In cases where a return is approved due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or defective item, Sami Collection may cover or reimburse the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or as store credit, depending on the payment method used and company discretion. Processing time for refunds may vary and typically takes 7 to 14 business days after approval.

In the case of cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or store credit, as agreed upon with the customer. Sami Collection is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or courier services.

If an exchange is requested and the desired replacement item is unavailable, the customer may choose between a refund or store credit of equal value. Price differences, if any, may be adjusted accordingly.

Orders that are refused at the time of delivery without valid reason or returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability may not be eligible for a refund. Any shipping or handling charges incurred in such cases may be deducted from the refund amount.

Sami Collection reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of the return process.
